Contested Divorce Orlando
(Now handling Orange, Seminole & Osceola Counties)
Contested divorce is
where the parties cannot agree to the outcome of the
dissolution of marriage. Although the majority of
divorce cases start out as uncontested most of them end up
becoming contested divorces.
This can occur for many reasons including financial,
emotional or issues relating to children. Whether your
case ends up being uncontested or contested it still must
follow through the proper legal proceedings.
