Orlando Criminal Defense
Prior to establishing my own criminal law practice I garnered
professional experience as a former prosecutor for the State
Attorney's Office, 9th Judicial Circuit, a former mediator and
trainer for the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office, an associate
for a private law firm and a law clerk. My educational
background includes a law degree from Pepperdine University's
School of Law (1997) and graduation from
its Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution
(1998) the #1 ranked program in the U.S. I earned a
Bachelor's degree in Political Science from UCF
(1995).
My experience professionally negotiating and mediating
hundreds of domestic and civil cases has further allowed me the
opportunity to help others by training more than 400 people in
the art of negotiation and mediation techniques. While
managing thousands of cases, The Rathel Law Group has completed
more than 85 jury and non-jury trials.
My qualifications to fight for any case to the utmost limits
of the law include my trial and negotiation experience as well
as my membership with the Florida Bar (3/31/00).
Always displaying a friendly, respectful demeanor, be assured
that I will be most aggressive while representing anyone and
their rights throughout any legal process.
